Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total package price is required. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule provided, based on your travel date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 10 days of the travel date will incur a 100% charge, while cancellations between 10 and 20 days will incur a 50% charge. For cancellations made between 20 and 30 days before the travel date, a 40% charge applies, and those made 30 days or more in advance will incur a 20% charge. Super Peak Season bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking, and permit charges are strictly non-refundable.
