Guests are requested to remain on board at least 2 hours before sailing and allow for 2 hours after docking for disembarkation.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Guests aged 12 and above must present either:
- A valid double vaccination certificate OR
- A negative RT-PCR report (48 hours prior).
Guests below 12 years are exempt from RT-PCR requirements.
Display the Aarogya Setu App on your device during embarkation.
Only RT-PCR reports with a valid barcode issued by ICMR will be accepted.

Special Notes

Pregnant women are permitted to sail only if they are 24 weeks pregnant or less at the time of disembarkation.
ID Requirements:
- Indian Nationals: Original Aadhar, PAN, Driver's License, or Passport, along with the vaccination certificate.
- Foreign Nationals: Original Passport with valid visa and vaccination certificate.
- Infants: Must carry a photo ID and an authorization letter if traveling with one parent.

Confirmation Policy

25% of total package cost is required for hotel confirmation. Balance 25% should be paid on or before 30 days of the travel date Remaining amount to be settled latest at the time of check-in on Day 1.

Cancellation Policy

All booking cancellation request to be sent as an email. No refund if booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the tour start date. 25% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 8 to 15 days before before the tour start date. 50% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 16 to 20 days before before the tour start date. 75% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 21 to 29 days before before the tour start date. Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days before before the tour start date. The cancellation terms are primarily governed by the respective hotel policies.
